The Seraph Queen is a boss in the Experimentation Rooms that was not ready for launch and was fixed along with other enemies in Shadow Man Remastered. She first appeared in the original game, seen in the Book of Shadows as concept art.
In version 1.5, she was finally implemented in the game. She is the boss of Experimentation Rooms. The Seraph Queen seems to have great power over magic, launching electric attacks at our hero, using an explosive attack, and from time to time will try to stab the player multiple times if they are too close to her. Who is she and what is she for Legion's army is unknown. However, some of her attacks are very similar to the Sisters of Blood. Perhaps she's one of them transformed and deranged to praise Legion, although her official origin is unknown. She is responsible for protecting the Retractor.
